Role: Qualified Social Worker Location: East Midlands Team: Adult Generic Pay: £34 per hour Contract: Full-Time Locum In the office: Hybrid-based    Are you a qualified and experienced Social Worker looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Individual who is registered with Social Work England to join a 'good' local authority located in the heart of England. As an Adult Generic Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of people and their families. You will be working with adults and their families to support them through difficult times. Your role will involve assessing the needs of individuals, creating support plans and working with other agencies to ensure the highest standards of care are met. You will be required to carry out reviews and assessments and work with the family to ensure the best outcomes for them. You must have a solid background in social work, as well as excellent communication, assessment and decision-making skills. You should also have experience of working with adults and their families in a range of different social care settings. A good understanding of current legislation and policies related to social care and safeguarding will be essential.
