Pay: £33.30 per hour

Are you an experienced Advanced Practitioner looking for an exciting new professional challenge? If so, then look no further.
We are on the hunt for an Advanced Practitioner to join a dedicated Children In Need Service. The successful applicant will be working with a multi-disciplinary team and will be responsible for delivering an effective service to children, young people and their families.
The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to be able to provide a comprehensive and holistic assessment and intervention service to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children and young people in our care. You will be expected to provide a high quality of service, utilising your strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed of progress and outcomes.
You will be an experienced practitioner, able to identify and assess risk factors and devise appropriate strategies and interventions, in order to improve the life chances of the children and young people in our care. We are looking for someone with strong problem solving and decision making skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and respond to challenging situations.
You should be educated to a minimum of degree level in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, education or early years. Additionally, you should ideally have experience of working in a similar role, or within a relevant team or setting.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £33.30 per hour, plus the opportunity to work flexibly with a hybrid working arrangement.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
• Degree level qualification in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, education or early years
• Experience of working in a similar role, or within a relevant team or setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to think on your feet and respond to challenging situations
