Assistant Team Manager – Referral and Assessment – North West London Role:  Assistant Team Manager Location:  North West London Team: Referral and Assessment Pay:  Up to £40 per hour Contract: Full-Time Locum OFSTED: Good In the office: Hybrid We are working with a Local Authority in North West London that is looking for an Assistant Team Manager to manage their flourishing Referral and Assessment in Childrens Services. They need an Assistant Team Manager that is experienced in supporting the management of a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. This Local Authority is known for its stable and supportive management team, there has been little movement in regards to managers leaving the borough meaning those that are in place are extremely skilled and more equipt to support new members of staff joining the borough.   You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in supervising less experienced Social Workers in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in North West London as an Assistant Team Manager.
