Deputy Team Manager – Children In Need – West London Role:  Deputy Team Manager Location:  West London Team: Children In Need Pay:  Up to £40 per hour Contract:  Full Time Locum Now that the country is easing restrictions on social interaction and life in general, our client in West London is looking for an experienced Deputy Team Manager to help manage their Children In Need team in Childrens Services. They need a Deputy Team Manager who is experienced in supporting the management of a team of qualified social workers and making the decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team is working. There are lots of progression opportunities too, with regular panels in place for internal promotions. The senior managers are there to help you achieve your goals as much as you are there to help them achieve theirs. You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in supporting the management of a Children In Need or similar team within Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in West London as a Deputy Team Manager.
