Role: Qualified Social Worker Location: Central Midlands Team: Safeguarding Pay: £42 per hour Contract: Full-Time Locum In the office: Hybrid-based  Are you an experienced Safeguarding Social Worker? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a rapidly growing team in a local authority that has been rated ‘good’ by OFSTED. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing a comprehensive assessment and intervention service to a wide range of service users. The successful candidate will be required to provide a wide range of social work duties including safeguarding children/adults, statutory assessments and assessments of need. You will also be required to provide advice, information and support to service users and their families. We are offering a competitive rate of pay of £42 per hour, as well as hybrid and flexible working to suit your lifestyle. The successful applicant will need to be registered with Social Work England and have extensive experience in safeguarding. With the ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding procedures and legislation, you will also need to be able to demonstrate effective communication skills. In return, you will be part of a supportive team with access to CPD opportunities, allowing you to further develop your skills and knowledge. You will have the chance to increase your experience in a wide range of safeguarding cases, whilst also having the freedom to work flexibly.
