Team Manager – Duty and Assessment – Midlands Role:  Team Manager Location:  Midlands Team: Duty and Assessment Pay:  Up to £41.42 per hour Contract: Full-Time Locum In the office: Hybrid We are working with a Local Authority in the Midlands that is looking for a Team Manager to lead a flourishing Duty and Assessment team in Childrens Services. They need a Team Manager that is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. This Local Authority's teams are dedicated to supporting children, young people and families - their Duty and Assessment team now needs a strong leader who can support and guide them in their duty to protect children. You will ideally have at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of Social Workers in Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in the Midlands as a Team Manager.
