Team Manager – Fostering – Midlands – January 2023 Start Date Role:  Team Manager Location:  Midlands Team: Fostering Pay:  up to £41.42 per hour Contract: Full-Time Locum  In the office: Hybrid We are working with a Local Authority in the Midlands that are looking for a Team Manager to join their flourishing Fostering team in Childrens Services. They need a Team Manager to lead a team within the Biggest Fostering Family in the county, where foster carers are long serving and feel truly valued for the wonderful work they are doing. As a Team Manager, you will be supporting your Social Workers to maintain the highest standard in our foster carers and offer dilligent guidance where needed. You will also have the excellent, long-serving management team above you to help you thrive and develop in this role.  You will need at least 3 years of experience in Childrens Fostering Services to be eligible for this post in the Midlands as a Team Manager.
