This beautiful local authority is an ideal place for someone looking to leave the hussle and bussle of city life. Offering a incredible weekly payment of £150 towards accomodation they are invested in ensuring a high qulaity of life for their social workers. They need a Team Manager that is experienced in managing a team of qualified social workers and making decisions to achieve the best outcome for both the children and families with which the team are working with. There are lots of progression opportunities too, with regular panels in place for internal promotions. The senior managers are there to help you achieve your goals as much as you are there to help them achieve theirs. You will need to have at least 1 year of experience in managing a Child Protection team within Childrens Services to be eligible for this post in Devon as a Team Manager.
