Team Manager - Leaving Care - South East London Role:  Team Manager  Location: South East London Team:  Leaving Care Pay: Up to £52,908 Contract:  Full Time (Permanent) Our Local Authority client in South East London is currently looking for a Team Manager to join their Leaving Care division in Children’s Services.  There is an incentive scheme in place to increase salary packages within Up to £52,908 As a Team Manager on the Leaving Care team in South East London, you will need to have at least 4 year post qualifying experience in a similar team and held a similar position. To be considered as a Team Manager for this role in South East London you will also need: HCPC Registration Social Work Qualification Recent DBS Check 4+ Years Experience Duties include but not limited to: Demonstrate expert and effective practice in complex situations that reflects a commitment to relationship and strengths-based practice Provide expert advice and support to less experienced staff on aspects of casework ensuring a high level of practice is demonstrated. Support the transition of young people from care to independence as they move from the Child in Care teams to the 16+ Care Leavers teams. Contribute to the learning and development of others either through supporting a newly qualified social worker and acting as a Practice Assessor for students on placement.
