Are you an experienced social worker looking to step up into a more advanced role? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner to join our Children In Need team in West London. This role is designed for a dedicated professional who is ready to provide leadership and expertise, helping to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Complex Cases: Handle a caseload of complex and high-risk cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Provide Leadership: Support and mentor other social workers within the team, sharing your expertise and guiding best practices.
• Safeguarding: Lead safeguarding assessments and interventions to protect children at risk.
• Collaborate: Work closely with multi-agency partners to coordinate services and support for children and their families.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the quality of casework meets statutory requirements and promotes the best outcomes for children.
• Decision-Making: Use your experience to make informed decisions in challenging situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
