Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the needs of children in care to ensure their safety, wellbeing, and development

• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to provide holistic support

• Prepare high-quality reports for court and manage care plans effectively

• Support fostering and adoption placements, ensuring positive outcomes for children

What We Need:

• Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England

• Experience in Children in Care or safeguarding roles

• Strong communication skills with a child-centred approach

• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team

• 3 years permanent experience in a local authority
