Are you an experienced Social Worker with a strong background in adult services? We are looking for a Locum Social Worker to join the Adult’s Front Door Team at a West Midlands Local Authority. This is a fast-paced, non-customer-facing role that involves handling incoming referrals via phone and the referral portal.

 

The Role:

• Respond promptly and thoroughly to incoming referrals for adult social care services.
• Review and process referrals, ensuring appropriate pathways for care and support.
• Work in a mixture of office and home-based settings, offering flexibility while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure timely and effective responses.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in adult social work, with a strong ability to handle high-volume referrals.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• SWE Registration is essential.
