Role Overview:
You will bring knowledge and experience in:

• Pre-birth assessments
• Child protection work
• Complex Child in Need cases
• PLO / Pre-proceedings
• Court statements and high-quality assessments

You will also play a key role in mentoring and coaching less experienced colleagues, acting as a role model and promoting professional excellence. You’ll provide opportunities for learning, reflection, and modelling best practice – helping us drive continuous improvement in quality and performance.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and court work experience
• Ability to manage complex caseloads and support colleagues
• Commitment to improving outcomes for children and families
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated to making a difference
