An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Social Worker to join the Assessment Team with a local authority in West London. This role focuses on conducting assessments to identify and address the needs of children and families, ensuring effective support is provided at the earliest stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessments and Planning: Conduct in-depth assessments of children and families, developing action plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Safeguarding: Prioritise child safety and well-being, following statutory safeguarding protocols.
• Multi-Agency Collaboration: Partner with other agencies to provide a coordinated approach to family support.
• Documentation and Case Management: Maintain accurate case records, managing a workload focused on high-quality and timely assessments.
