This role involves working with vulnerable children and families to ensure their safety, support, and protection through effective interventions and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Manage a caseload of children requiring safeguarding, developing tailored plans to ensure their well-being and protection.
• Assessments and Interventions: Conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver timely interventions, and monitor family progress.
• Multi-Agency Work: Collaborate closely with other agencies and professionals to deliver coordinated support and services.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records of case details, assessments, and progress.
