Role: Qualified Social Worker – MASH
Location: Doncaster
Pay: Up to £35 per hour
Contract: Locum

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work within the Doncaster MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) team, alongside a knowledgeable and dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will complete contacts, referrals, and, at times, undertake threshold home visits to children and their carers to ensure they are safe and achieving their best outcomes.

Each day in the MASH team presents new challenges, but you will be working in a supportive environment with excellent team managers and a cohesive group of professionals, including social workers, health professionals, education specialists, and the police. This collaborative approach ensures that children and young people are given the best chance to thrive.

What You’ll Need:

• Social Work England Registration

• Social Work Qualification

• At least 3 years’ experience in Children’s Services

• Experience in completing assessments and safeguarding children

• The resilience to work under pressure and manage challenging cases effectively

• The ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team

• Flexibility to travel locally when required
