Pay: Up to £48,708 per annum

West Berkshire’s Good-rated Ofsted Family Safeguarding Service is looking for a dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-supported service that focuses on keeping families together and improving outcomes for children through a strengths-based approach.

What You’ll Need:

• Social Work England Registration

• Social Work Qualification

• At least 3 years’ experience in Children’s Services

• Experience in child protection, care proceedings, and family safeguarding

• Strong assessment, relationship-building, and advocacy skills

• Flexibility to travel locally when required
