This esteemed role offers a rewarding remuneration of £33.30 per hour, reflecting the significance and value of your expertise.

In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in guiding the course of children's futures. Your role will encompass a breadth of responsibilities, including regular data and case tracking, playing a supportive role in the HOSPOP panel, and providing insightful advice to social workers and managers. Your presence will be vital in complex care planning meetings, dispute resolutions, reflective sessions, and supervisions, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.

Your influence will extend to partner agencies, where your expertise will be called upon to enhance training and policy development. You will be entrusted with the delivery of bespoke training across various services, including ASYE permanence workshops, and will be a cornerstone in managing adoption cases, court work, and supporting placements.

Financial acumen is also key, as you will manage adoption finance matters both pre and post-placement, reviewing and advising on long-term adoption agreements. Your recommendations will be crucial in determining whether financial agreements should continue, be amended, or terminated.

Your advisory skills will be sought after across all levels, from administrative staff to Service Managers and IROs, ensuring permanency planning and adoption processes are executed with excellence. As a beacon of best practice and research, you will attend strategic operational group meetings and supervise social workers conducting step-parent adoption assessments.

Quality assurance of court reports, assessments, and care plans will fall under your remit, as will participation in the ASYE approval panel and supporting recruitment initiatives. This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days per week in the office, offering flexibility and balance.
