Elevate your career trajectory as a Qualified Senior Practitioner within a progressive West Midlands local authority, commanding an attractive rate of £33.30 per hour. This pivotal role places you at the heart of practice quality and improvement, directly contributing to the enhancement of children's social care and associated services.

As the linchpin for practice excellence, your mission will be to bolster the Head of Service by propelling the quality assurance framework to new heights. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing and coordinating quality assurance endeavours throughout the directorate, ensuring that each child's journey is supported by robust, evidence-based practices.

Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic blend of audit and moderation tasks, crafting insightful audit reports, and spearheading improvement plans derived from your meticulous quality assurance activities. Your vigilance will ensure these plans are not only implemented but are catalysts for tangible, lasting enhancements.

In this role, your influence will extend beyond immediate practice improvements. You will be a beacon of knowledge and support, offering specialist advice to managers and shaping the development of training programmes. Your efforts will empower managers and senior school staff with the essential skills to execute quality assurance activities with confidence and competence.
