Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of children in need and child protection cases

Undertake assessments and develop robust plans to support children and families

Work in partnership with families, schools, and other agencies to deliver holistic support

Participate in strategy discussions, child protection conferences, and core groups
-
Contribute to court work and prepare evidence-based reports where necessary
Candidate Requirements
-
Social Work England registration
-
Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualified experience in frontline children’s services
-
Strong assessment and direct work skills
-
Able to work confidently in a hybrid setting

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to complete one)
