About the Service:
The Young Adults and Pause Service offers a vital, supportive role for children in care and young people aged 16-25, providing a comprehensive service for care leavers, unaccompanied minors, and vulnerable women at risk of losing custody of their children. We aim to ensure positive futures by offering trauma-informed support and a strong, relationship-based approach.
With a Good Ofsted rating for the experiences and progress of care leavers, our team is dedicated and knowledgeable. We have a stable, permanent workforce and are committed to offering robust support, including housing and employment, for care leavers in our diverse borough.
About the Role:
As the Service Manager, you will lead a team focused on improving outcomes for care leavers, unaccompanied minors, and young people at risk. Your responsibilities include:

We are looking for a resilient and experienced Service Manager with at least 2 years of experience at this level. You will be passionate about improving outcomes for young people, have experience in managing leaving care services, and possess a strong ability to make sound decisions based on risk assessments.
