Social Worker

Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council are looking for a Social Worker to join their Long-Term Team. This is a Full-Time Locum Social Work role.

About The Team:

Experienced long term Social Workers are needed to join the improving Children and Families First teams, which hold CIN, CP and LAC cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience holding CIN, CP and LAC cases.
• Ability to deal with / record casework, communicate effectively with client groups & professionals in order to assess client needs. 
• Ability to attend & organise case conferences & reviews for the purpose of assessing & monitoring the development of service users.
• Ability to develop person-centred care plans.
• Knowledge of relevant statutory social work legislation.
• Knowledge of the issues relating to the well-being of service users covering a wide range of clients.

About You:

To apply for this role, you will need knowledge and experience in CIN, CP and LAC Services. Car Driver and Access to a vehicle is required. BA(Hons) in Social Work and to be registered with Social Work England (SWE).

What’s On Offer?

• £48.00p/h
• Hybrid Working – 3 Days a week in Office
• Accommodation offers of £30 a night for up to 3 nights a week
