Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of Children in Need, Child Protection, and vulnerable families.
Completing high-quality assessments, direct work, and safety planning.
Delivering effective interventions to reduce risk and build family resilience.
Attending strategy meetings, conferences, and core groups.
Preparing concise and evidence-based reports for multi-agency meetings.
Maintaining timely and accurate case recordings and adhering to statutory timescales.
Working closely with partner agencies to ensure coordinated support for children.
