Key Responsibilities

Undertake initial assessments and Section 47 enquiries following referrals
Make informed decisions on thresholds and next steps for intervention
Develop clear safety plans and escalate cases appropriately to Child in Need or Child Protection pathways
Work in close partnership with families, schools, health, and other agencies
Produce high-quality reports for strategy meetings, conferences, and legal processes
