Sheldon Phillips is working with a forward-thinking local authority in Surrey, currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join their Assessment Team based in Woking. The Role

As an Assessment Social Worker, you will:

Undertake timely and thorough assessments of children and families in line with statutory responsibilities
Develop and implement care plans that focus on the safety, stability, and wellbeing of children
Work in partnership with families and professionals to deliver holistic and multi-agency support
Attend child protection conferences, case reviews, and court proceedings as required
Ensure all assessments reflect the voice of the child and are accurately recorded
