Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, and court work cases
Undertake statutory assessments and Section 47 enquiries
Develop robust care and protection plans to safeguard children
Prepare clear and analytical reports for conferences and court proceedings
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely case recording in line with statutory guidance
