Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of children and families requiring safeguarding and support
• Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop effective care and safety plans
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure holistic support
• Participate in reflective supervision and group case discussions
• Produce clear, analytical reports and present evidence in court where required

Candidate Requirements

• Social Work England registration
• Experience in Safeguarding, Child Protection, or Children in Need teams
• Knowledge of the Family Safeguarding Model is desirable
• Strong assessment, planning, and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to promoting positive outcomes for children and families
