Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of Child Protection and Children in Need cases.
Undertake Section 47 enquiries and develop robust safety plans.
Complete high-quality assessments, direct work, and risk analysis.
Work closely with children, families, and partner agencies to reduce risk.
Attend and contribute to strategy meetings, core groups, conferences, and court proceedings.
Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with statutory requirements.
