Job Title: MASH Social Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and manage referrals in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment.
• Work closely with police, health, and other professionals to ensure timely interventions.
• Analyse complex information to inform safeguarding decisions.
• Complete Child and Family Assessments where appropriate.
• Provide a swift, robust response to referrals ensuring that children are kept safe.

Requirements:

• Social Work England (SWE) registration.
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience in children's services, ideally within MASH or safeguarding teams.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding thresholds, legislation, and policies.
• Ability to manage complex cases with a high level of autonomy.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
