Brent Council is seeking an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join their Referral and Assessment Team. The successful candidate will have the expertise and commitment to making a positive impact on vulnerable children and families.

About the Role:

As a Social Worker in the Referral and Assessment Team, the individual will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments for children and families referred to the service.
• Identifying children at risk and ensuring appropriate action is taken to protect their welfare.
• Collaborating with families, partners, and other agencies to deliver comprehensive assessments and interventions.
• Ensuring that children and families receive timely and effective support, in line with statutory duties.
