About the Role:
As a Team Manager in the Family Help Service, you will lead a multi-skilled team focused on providing early and targeted support to families in need. This service works with children and families at the edge of statutory intervention—delivering outcome-focused support to prevent escalation to child protection.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team delivering early and targeted support to families
Ensure the highest quality of service and compliance with statutory frameworks
Provide supervision, guidance, and performance management
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
Support innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Strong experience working with children and families, particularly in early help or CIN settings
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Skilled in driving quality practice, managing risk, and building team resilience
