Fostering Team Manager – Five Rivers

Location: Doncaster
Salary: Up to £50,881 per annum + £5,100 Car Allowance
Office Working: Hybrid – 2 days in the office
Contract: Permanent

We are currently working with Five Rivers to find a Team Manager. With a stable management team and a mostly permanent workforce, Five Rivers are looking for someone with solid experience to be able to support and oversee a fostering team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support a fostering team to deliver high-quality services
• Oversee day to day duty and referral processes
• Support recruitment, assessment, approval and retention of foster carers
• Provide supervision, guidance and performance management to team members
• Promote positive outcomes and permanency for children
• Work closely with the Service Manager to implement service development plans

Requirements

• Social Work England registration
• Social Work qualification
