Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough assessments and investigations in child protection cases
• Developing and implementing effective child protection plans
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of children
• Providing support and guidance to children and families at risk
• Advocating for children's rights and promoting their well-being

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
• Proven experience in Child Protection within Children's Services
• Strong assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload
