Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of looked after children, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Conducting assessments and developing comprehensive care plans
• Providing support and guidance to children and their foster families
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
• Advocating for the rights and needs of looked after children

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
• Experience in working with looked after children within Children's Services
• Strong assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload
