  • Provide reflective support and guidance to Social Workers and ASYEs

Requirements:

  • SWE Registration

  • Social Work qualification

  • Significant post-qualified experience in frontline Children and Families services

  • Experience delivering training, mentoring or supervision to social work staff

  • Practice Educator qualification desirable but not essential

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills

Additional Information:

  • Full-time commitment required (37 hours per week)

  • Flexible hybrid model – 2 days in the office depending on training commitments

  • Long notice periods can be accommodated for the right candidate

  • Potential for the role to become permanent within the next 12 months
