Are you an experienced and dedicated Senior Social Worker looking for a challenging and rewarding role in court proceedings? The London Borough of Sutton is seeking passionate professionals like you to join their dedicated Court Teams within Children's Services.

Responsibilities:

• Managing cases within court proceedings from initial hearing to adoption if needed
• Producing high-quality court reports and giving evidence in court
• Managing looked after children and children with child protection plans
• Undertaking viability assessments and parenting assessments
• Collaborating with families, agencies, and legal professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children

Requirements:

• Senior Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Extensive experience in court work and managing complex cases
• Strong report-writing skills and ability to give evidence in court
• Knowledge of child protection procedures and legislation
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated court team
