Supervising Social Worker – Part-Time (4 Days per Week)
Location: Devon (1 day a week in the office)
Salary: £38/hr
Contract: Ongoing Locum Opportunity

We're working with a highly respected Independent Fostering Agency based in Devon who are looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a part-time basis (4 days a week).

Here’s what’s different about this one:

• No Form F Assessments – your focus will be where it should be: on building relationships and providing ongoing support.

• Manageable Caseload – capped at 12 foster carers, allowing you the time and space to do meaningful work.

• LAC Reviews & Support Visits – you'll attend Looked After Child reviews and ensure foster carers feel supported, heard, and empowered.

• Flexible Working – hybrid model available with autonomy over your diary.

Requirements:

• Social Work England Registration

• Previous experience in fostering (IFA or Local Authority)

• Access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence
