Are you an experienced and passionate leader ready to make a positive impact in the lives of adolescents? Join our dedicated team in South West London as a Team Manager for our Adolescent Service Team and lead the way in providing high-quality support and interventions for young people.

As the Team Manager for our Adolescent Service Team, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the effective delivery of services for adolescents. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising a team of social workers and support staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the best outcomes for young people.
• Developing and implementing strategies to support the emotional, social, and educational needs of adolescents, including those at risk of exploitation or involvement in criminal activities.
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to promote the well-being and positive development of adolescents, including liaising with schools, health services, and youth organizations.
