Team Manager – Adults Reviews Team | Hammersmith & Fulham Council | £45 per hour (Locum) | Hybrid Working 

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to join their Adults Reviews Team on a locum basis, offering a strong pay rate and a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

About the Role

As Team Manager within the Adults Reviews Team, you will provide leadership, oversight, and support to practitioners completing statutory reviews and reassessments across adult social care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of social care professionals within the Reviews Service
• Oversee the completion of Care Act reviews and reassessments
• Monitor performance, quality assurance, and statutory compliance
• Support staff development through regular supervision and guidance
• Manage complex cases and provide oversight on decision-making
• Work collaboratively with internal departments and partner agencies

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager with strong leadership skills and a solid background within Adult Social Care.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Previous management experience within Adult Social Care
• Strong understanding of the Care Act and adult safeguarding legislation
• Ability to lead teams within a fast-paced service environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confident in performance management and quality assurance processes
