Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: Up to £45 per hour
Location: Loxley House, Nottingham

Sheldon Phillips are working in partnership with Nottingham City Council to recruit an experienced Team Manager to join their MASH Service. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to play a key role in ensuring that safeguarding concerns are screened, prioritised, and managed effectively to protect vulnerable children and young people.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Social Workers and support staff within the MASH

• Oversee the screening, triage, and risk assessment of safeguarding referrals

• Ensure timely and proportionate decision-making in line with safeguarding thresholds

• Work collaboratively with key partner agencies including Police, Health, and Education

• Provide supervision, support, and guidance to promote best practice

• Maintain oversight of performance, compliance, and data quality

Requirements:

• SWE Registration

• Social Work qualification

• Significant post-qualified experience in Safeguarding / MASH services

• Previous management or supervisory experience

• Strong risk analysis and decision-making skills

• Ability to thrive in a multi-agency and fast-paced environment
