Team Manager – Transformation Project Team – Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council

Location: Cable Plaza, Dudley
Pay/Salary: up to £ 44 per hour
Office Working: 3 Days per week
Contract: Locum

We are currently working with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to find two experienced Team Managers to lead their newly established Transformation Teams. These teams have been bought in to support the delivery of Families First reforms during a crucial period of transformation. Dudley MBC have recently received an OFSTED report highlighting the need for change. They have the structured, and well-thought out plans to implement this, including a newly permanent Senior Leadership Team. They are now looking for the right talent.

 Duties

• Providing guidance and support to ensure high quality service delivery
• Conduct regular supervision, including group supervision to support reflective practice
• Ensuring oversight of case management, monitoring team performance and engaging in audits
• Contribute to the change programmes by developing and implementing strategies to improve service deliveru

What you need

• Social Work Qualification
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced DBS (provided by us)
