Requirements:

	<li>Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).</li>
	<li>Registered with Social Work England.</li>
	<li>Minimum of 2 years' post-qualifying experience working with adults in a social care setting, preferably in a review or assessment team.</li>
	<li>Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult social care, including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.</li>
	<li>Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.</li>
	<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.</li>
	<li>Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.</li>
	<li>Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to professional standards and ethics.</li>
