Position: Senior Social Worker
Hourly Rate: Up to £38.50
Location: South West London (Hybrid)


Job Overview:

Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for a senior role with flexibility? We are seeking a Senior Social Worker for a locum position in the South West of London, offering up to £38.50 per hour. This hybrid role allows for a mix of remote and in-office work, providing a great opportunity to balance professional responsibilities and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complex cases, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outcomes for children and families.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and implement effective interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and support less experienced social workers, fostering professional development.

Requirements:

  • Social Work England registration is essential.
  • Extensive experience in social work, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
