We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our Mental Health Recovery & Support Team in South-West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality social work support to individuals with mental health issues, promoting recovery and independence.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs, risks, and strengths.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and other professionals.
• Offer therapeutic interventions and crisis management support.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated care.
• Advocate for service users’ rights and needs within the community and mental health services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England.
• Experience working in mental health settings.
• Strong understanding of mental health issues, treatments, and recovery principles.
• Excellent assessment and care planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
