In this pivotal role, individuals will be at the forefront of conducting comprehensive assessments for adults, identifying their needs, and crafting tailored support plans that promote independence and well-being. Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Demonstrable experience in adult social care within a local authority setting
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and implementing care plans
- A solid understanding of the legal framework surrounding adult social care, including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005
