Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children in care? We are currently seeking a qualified social worker to join our dynamic team in North London.

• Provide high-quality social work services to children and young people in care, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development are prioritized.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and families, identifying their needs and strengths, and developing tailored care plans.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including health professionals, educators, and external agencies, to coordinate support services for children and families.
• Conduct regular home visits and meetings with children, families, and carers to monitor progress, provide support, and advocate for their needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, reports, and documentation in line with statutory requirements and departmental policies.
