Are you a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children in care? Join our supportive team in North London as a Social Worker on our Children In Care Team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and stability of children under our care.

As a Social Worker on our Children In Care Team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of children in care, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing care plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Providing direct support, guidance, and advocacy to children in care, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are upheld.
• Collaborating with foster carers, residential care staff, schools, health professionals, and other agencies to coordinate and deliver effective support services.
• Regularly reviewing and updating care plans to reflect the changing needs and circumstances of children in care.
• Preparing reports for court proceedings and attending court as required.
