Are you a skilled and compassionate social worker with a passion for safeguarding vulnerable children and families? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified social worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in West London.

• Conduct thorough assessments of referrals concerning children at risk of harm or in need of support, gathering and analyzing information from multiple agencies to make timely and informed decisions.
• Collaborate with partner agencies, including the police, health services, and education, to share information, assess risk, and develop coordinated safeguarding plans.
• Provide consultation and advice to professionals, agencies, and members of the public regarding safeguarding concerns and appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records, documentation, and reports in accordance with statutory requirements and departmental policies.
• Participate in regular MASH meetings, case conferences, and reviews, contributing professional expertise and insights to multi-disciplinary discussions.
