Are you a skilled and compassionate Social Worker looking to make a real impact in safeguarding vulnerable children and adults? Join our proactive team in North London as a Social Worker for our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). You will be at the forefront of assessing and responding to safeguarding concerns, working collaboratively with multiple agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of our community members.

As a Social Worker on our MASH Team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of safeguarding concerns raised, compiling information from various agencies to evaluate the level of risk and determine necessary interventions.
• Coordinating responses to safeguarding concerns with partner agencies such as police, health services, and educational institutions, ensuring a unified approach to risk management.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to professionals and agencies on safeguarding matters, promoting timely and appropriate responses to concerns.
• Contributing to the enhancement of MASH processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and statutory requirements.
