Role: Social Work Team Manager
Location: West Midlands
Team: Assessment and Intervention
Pay: £41.42 per hour
Contract: Full-Time Locum Contract
In the office: Hybrid
Are you an experienced Social Worker with a passion for making a difference? We have an exciting locum opportunity for a dedicated Team Manager to lead our Assessment and Intervention Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to a dynamic team of social workers.
- Oversee assessments and interventions to ensure high standards of practice.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.
- Manage complex cases and support team members in their professional development.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care plans.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an Assessment and Intervention Team.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
